ELITE CAMP - TRAINING STAGE
September 3rd to 7th, 2025
For the 2nd consecutive year, our elite players traveled to Spain for a four-daybasketball experience full of training sessions and friendly games.
The Elite Camp – Training Stage 2025 was successfully held at the ValenciaAcademy | L’Alqueria del Basket, with the participation of three teams: Girls 2009 & 2010, Boys 2009 & Boys 2010.
The selection of the athletes was based on their performance and overall image during the Skills Camps and their participation in the VBC Torneo Argolida. The evaluations were carried out by both Spanish and Greek coaches of the Camp, while the final decision regarding the players’ participation was made by Juanjo Rojo, Coordinator of the VBC International Department, and Panagiotis Vassilopoulos, VBC Coordinator.
We believe that the development of young basketball players is a continuous process. For this reason, we create long-term conditions for the growth of our academy athletes, following the philosophy and training methodology of the Valencia BC Academy.
During the four-day Elite Camp – Training Stage, the following took place:

2 training sessions at the L’Alqueria del Basket facilities with our team coaches,

2 training sessions at L’Alqueria del Basket with Valencia BC Academy coaches,
-
2 friendly games with the VBC Academy and L’Alqueria.
Our visit to the Valencia Academy | L’Alqueria del Basket, for the second consecutive year, was an unforgettable experience for both our athletes and our coaches.
