TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SKILLS CAMPS

By accepting the terms i agree to the following:

 

1. I expressly consent to the collection and processing of my child's personal data for the purpose of providing and improving the abovementioned services of Valencia Basket | L'Alqueria del Basket, 360 Sports Development, as specifically provided for in its Privacy Policy.

2. I give consent to the staff or professional photographers of Valencia Basket | L'Alqueria del Basket, 360 Sports Development taking photos or videos of my child during the program. 

This material may be used in presentations, sporting events or program promotions.

3. In my capacity as parent/legal guardian and having previously consulted a doctor, I hereby confirm that my child can participate in sport activities.
